The Virgo Zodiarts begins attacking other members of the Kamen Rider Club and sending them into the Dark Nebula, blocking Kamen Rider Fourze from accessing Cosmic States. However, Tachibana arrives on Earth to show Gentaro a way to fight with other abilities.
